Eating nutritious is a critical part of healthy living, and a great way for a family to eat healthy is for everyone to take part in the cooking process. This blog aims to provide resources to help prepare healthy meals and make healthy choices. It also coincides with a cooking class offered that teaches how to do those things while also following a traditional northern Native American diet. To coincide with the classes, each week there will be a post about the materials covered and the recipe prepared along with any useful videos that show certain techniques.
