What you'll need
- Baking sheet
- Small bowl
- Spoon or fork for mixing
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon or more of paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Place the salmon scale side down on a foil lined baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 450F degrees.
- Combined all the ingredients minus the salmon in a small bowl and mixed together with a fork.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly across the entire fish.
- Place in the oven for 12 - 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy.
